Lately I have been on a roll and I just been hitting my goal over my monthly avg and I know .. Just me getting 17 of them in that one quarter my check is going to have an extra 100 dollars to it haha.. sounds good right.
So yeah ... Every little counts and every little goes straight to the savings haha..

Good for you, then! It's always great to get extra money. In my company we have to kinds of monetary incentives---one for perfect attendance and one for good performance. In the past, the perfect attendance incentive was good for me because the formula was 10% of your monthly salary if you scored well in the monthly evaluations. Modesty aside, I always score well. However, people complained that the perfect attendance incentive should have nothing to do with performance. Some people are angry about having perfect attendance but not getting anything because of low performance. So, the management change the perfect attendance incentive to a standard Php800 ($19.50) when one completes one whole month with no absences or incidence of tardiness. In the old system I got waaaaay more than that, but the new system is what the majority liked.
The performance incentive is dependent on three things; monthly evaluation score, workload, and zero customer complaints. There are fixed amounts for certain score and workload brackets. If there is a customer complaint against you, you get nothing. I am quite happy to state that I am satisfied with the performance incentive scheme. I receive monetary incentives which I think are reasonable. Oftentimes for me, my evaluation score is good, but my workload is average. There are some with heavy workload ang good scores that get about 40-50% of their salaries as incentives.
In case you are wondering, I am an online English teacher. Workload refers to the average number of classes handled in a day, and every month our quality department listens to our classes randomly and gives us a score.

Wow, I really do like that I wish my job did something similar to that because I'm sure more employees will actually come to work on time and show up hahaha,.. I'm sure I will get the attendance incentive.. I do pretty well when it comes to customer satisfaction lol.. But I do have times when.. They get upset about a something that happen awhile back and just take it out on my.. Let me remind you I work in a banking environment so.. You can think of many reasons.. Why people will get upset especially when it's about their hard work earn money.

The company is run by Koreans who are always punctual, but we Filipinos have this culture of always being late. Hence, the attendance incentive program. SOmetimes I think there shouldn't be such a thing, that people should go to work on time because it's their job to do so, but who am I to complain? I get the money. In the previous company I worked for, the perfect attendance incentive was even bigger---a standard Php2000 (about $48) and when you came to work late for even one minute, you wouldn't receive it. It happened to me once. I was one minute late because of being absentmimded and just walking really slowly. I wanted to kick myself.

ah yes, some companies particularly the companies that are on the selling business does give incentive such as this to their employees to promote their performance. ours come in another form and it is called performance appraisal where your whole year's work and assessment would be equal to an amount you get by the end of the year.

Nice that you have incentives at your work that could help and can be source of extra income.
Here in my work, we don't have incentives cause I do work at the head office. We were just paid per day.Branches do get incentives or commissions if the hit the sales target in a month, good for them.
