That really worries me

I shopped 2 watches on this great saving site called "1 sale a day", and I made a credit card payment around Wednesday last week. The electronic invoice was still in my account, and I also print a hard copy for my own to keep. The website saying that it usually take around 7 - 10 business days to process my order, and usually there is a tracking number sent to my email for my keep track of the package. A week already pass, I don't see any email sent to notify me about package, and keep on log back in to the account to check whether the order is ready, but the status is still in "processing" mode. That just worrying me. Does anyone ever shop at "1 sale a day"? If you did, let me if it is trustworthy.
