have you ever caused an accident?

I remember when I was like 10 years old, while inside the mall, I lost my grip on a soda cup and it fell on the floor. Behind me was an old man, and he stepped on the spilled soda. He then slipped and fell on the floor. He couldn't stand and he was brought out in a stretcher. I can still remember the incident. I feel sorry for the old man. I didn't his name. My mother told me that the old man didn't suffer any major injury and he was fine after a couple of hours rest in hospital.
