do u think god need us?

I like to read the responses sometimes, just to see if I am going to repeat what you have already. I think I am going to be a broken record AND repeat some of your responses but I am putting in my two cents anyway. I think God does not need us but whatever reason He creates us, I am glad He does. I am feeling happy most of the time because although I do not have a lot, I have enough. Yes He creates hell but He also gives us a perfect guide to redeem ourselves. Yes we (especially me) like to disobey and according to my religion which is Islam, I will qualify for hell. But with the sun shining and the children that I get happiness from, I am just glad to be here, on His wonderful planet. I pray that if my challenges get any harder, I hope I will still be in Gods path. God willing. You ask a very good question by the way.

Hi ifa Normally I stay away from Religion or God. But only between friends... Personally, I believe God needs us more than anything or anyone else. I gues only we humans are aware of His existence and we are the only ones who believe in Him (well most of us do). We are and always will be important otherwise who would know or even care if God exists

Hi! I think He has sent us in this world with some purpose and we should abide by His order. Actually, we need His blessings more than the fact whether He needs us or not.

hi! god is really need us. if he don't why he created us? for what? human also has very big important rule in this world without us the earth is useless. he can't take care of all the creatures(animals,plants and many more) god is always guide us. god has purpose why he created human.

God made us simply because He has the power to do that. The reason why He created us, I believe only God can answer that. Of course God needs us because He love us. He created us in His own image and likeness, among all His creations, we are the most special. No matter what his reasons of creating us, we just have to be thankful for the gift of life He has given us.

He make Human for what? if that the case why is that Human exist rather than making us for what? I believe that all things made for the purpose of God and He want us a relationship with GOD not making Him Santa Claus asking Him for what we want or doing things for our own self. Its up for the Human nature to react or be passive, or being god for himself or making himself a god.

As almighty He is, he wanted to create the human being. Even as He doesn't need us, He didn't want to stay alone, He (not needed, just) wanted to have something to do, so he decided to "create". Nowadays, it's also in the human nature to create things. It's written that He creates us similar to him (Genesis 1:27). The human being is social, doesn't want to be allone and has got the interest to create.

Of course he needs us. Does a parnet need their children? I would say yes they do. And what is God, a parent to us all. So I say it isnt enough for God to be on his/her own. Thats why God made us in the first place.

I think God wants that we do His will. It means that we have to go on His way, we have to comply with His commandments. He wants us into His mansion in the heaven. Of course the way to achieve this is hard and exempt of a lot of worldly pleasures. The challenge is there; who wants to take it?

God doesn't need our existence but out of love He made us. We are like a drop of water compare to the universe that he created but He always listen to our sincere prayers because He loves us so much. Without human intervention, God can fix all the bad things here on earth. There is no doubt with that fact for He is the sovereign of all, the almighty one. So let's go back to your last question, about the meaning why we humans are here despite the fact that God can live without us. The answer is because of His undeserved kindness and love for us. God has a purpose why He put us here on earth to live. He created us not only to exist but to enjoy life as well.

for my opinion, GOD do need human. GOD need human to help him to take care of the world. GOD need human to represent him to spread the holy to the human. GOD do not have a body and cannot speak, so he does need human to help him to save other =)

Hi ifa, my believes in God are He build us and He made this play for us. We have to play our role without fail and something we can't predict the reason and sometimes we don't find the solution too. But everything happens as it is written.

God created us to show his happiness and love. He can fix bad things in an instant if we want too but he also wants us to have faith. One way to show faith is by prayer. If we pray then we are talking to God. Sometimes people don't get what they want from God but the reason is because either we don't need it or he got something better for us.

I would say simply because he can. God created human life in his own image, which is probably about right for an entity that is ubiquitous and all powerful. We as humans create things all the time, that's where technology has its roots, as well as art and such. If we did not have a creative spirit, we would not advance at all; if someone did not have a desire to create a home of logs, we would probably still live in caves. We would not cross the water because we never would have created ships. If you think about it, we can live exactly where we are just fine, we don't need to sail across water or fly on planes, but we do. God can create anything, so why not create something as complex as life?
