veteran's benefits..

I just heard a news from my neighborhood who became so rich because of his grandfather who was a veteran/a volunteered soldier way back when there was still a war here in the Philippines a long time ago. I was indeed shocked upon hearing that they got 31 million from that. How lucky is he, isn't it?? Have you heard this kind of experience too??

Wow, that is shocking..I have never heard of anyone else with a similar story.. I thought they just gave the veterans pension every month.. that is all. My grandfather was a veteran.

Oh.. that's nice to hear. Is your grandfather a Filipino who served the war before?? Can you tell me the amount he is receiving every month?? I am just really curious.

Wow. that is truly shocking.. But quite unbelievable.. i thought it was only pension? My father was a war veteran and they only gave him money every month.. he was also in the world war 3 and i think it was the Americans that gave the money...although i am not so sure.

Oh?? I think so.. It's true. Yes, it's indeed unbelievable. They were really blessed. My neighbor's grandfather was the Coronel at that time when there was a war. That's why they received that very big money. If you don't mind how much was the pension your father get?? So, your father is rich too. And I think you too. haha Wow!! you're so lucky then.

Are you referring to Filipino-US veterans? Yes, that is true. Those soldier veterans receives a good amount of compensation from US government. We also have neighbors who are US vets, my father in-law is a Vietnam based soldier during his time and also receive a good compensation when he retired from work.

Yes, exactly!! Wow!! that was such a good thing to hear. Can I ask if how much was the money your neighbor got?? As for our neighbor.. They got that very big amount because his grandfather was a Coronel. Do you know how much was the pension they get after that US vet retired from work?? I am just curious..
