My idea of healthful living

To stay healthy you should have proper diet, enough rest and regular exercise. But being healthy is not just giving importance to the physical aspect.
I consider a healthy family relation the foundation of healthful living. It is important to tell our parents about our experiences in school and how we feel. We should always maintain an open communication at home where everybody has a chance to talk and be heard.
How about you? What is your idea of a healthy living?

I agree with you on everything you said. hahaha. healthy living doesn't only mean being healthy physically but mentally, spiritually, socially, EMOTIONALLY, and all the "ally"s in the world. hahhaha. Sometimes, we need an outlet for our emotions and the family is a good one. Friends also. Friends are considered family too right? lol. ;))

yes healthy living is our most priority. healthy family is another thing. but in order to keep us healthy we need proper food and proper exercise. and another thing is that early to morning and early to rise is way to healthy, wealthy and wise. and morning walk is the best exercise to get healthy

to have a healthy living of course for me it will start to inside of the house with my family,because once our family have a good living together it will affect your life too,more motivated person.and i am so thankful because i have such a lovely family.

For me,i think it is important to also have healthy diet.Everything should be eaten properly and less greasy food,to just more vegetables and also fruit.My friend told me just to exericse more and this is definitely gonna work.lol,i think our idea are very near,enjoy your day.

I agree, healthy living can be attained by having a healthy body and a healthy mind. You can be physically healthy but you are stress out in all sorts of problems then you can catch an illness. If you have a healthy mind but physically unhealthy you can also get sick.

They say "You are what you eat". Eating healthy foods, staying healthy-physically, being healthy-mentally. For me I do eat fruits, vegetable salad, protein and do exercise, to have a good physical body. To have a healthy-mentally, I do give time for myself, always see the negative things and make it positive always ask God's guidance.

I do support your idea of health - a holistic view. Unless, we are mentally satisfied, all our exercising, fruit and veggie intakes would go down in vain. Also, happiness within a family also promotes physical well being. One should talk about issues clearly, and there should be no hiding or bias.
