now more and more people get to know the importance of living a low-carbon life.as a student,it is my duty to do something for tree earth.in the first place,i will go to school by bike or on foot instead of in a car.and i will use fewer plastic bags to reduce white pollution.in addition,i will plant more trees so that the air will be fresher.then i will take less lift and reuse water.at last i will usesecond-hand books,so we don`t need to cut down more trees.if everyone takes a contribution to living a low-carbon life, our environment will be more and more beantiful.

This video is of somebody who had very strong beliefs about the environment and managed to teach classes without speaking. Well worth a watch, I think you will enjoy it.
The true impact of us using cars and planes, cutting down acres of trees actually has a very small impact. I wouldn't worry too much about reducing your carbon footstep. I think it would be a much nicer place if there were no cars and less pollution in the cities, my alternative to wishing this is to go and live in a more natural place. Of course the use of plastics and non-biodegradable substances is fairly worrying, as is our dependency on crude oil. Hopefully we will see these dependencies shift to a greener solution, I am certain that future generations to come will care far more than previous generations thanks to increased awareness and knowledge.
The biggest problem area currently is our waters. Many countries are over-fishing, the stocks are depleting and must be the biggest cause for concern. I am sure many aquatic-scientists are on the case, I just can't imagine my life without such a variety of sea-food.

In my opinion everyone should live a low carton life as it keeps you grounded, which is very important to you. It helps you to go forward in life and achieve more and more success. People should try to find happiness from simple things in life rather than trying to take comfort out of luxuries. It's really important if we can see that.

i agree eith your opinion, but actually simple is hard.everyone in the world is impetuous,we pursue money, right, even the girls or boys.we can hardly find the simple happiness.but i will try hard to keep the peace in my heart.

Yes I agree with you. I ever thought about that, but still need some "will" to do it.
