easy, good and healthy way of losing weight

When I got pregnant on my third child, I gained so much weight. And after giving birth last December, I eagerly wanted to take off the extra weight I had. I looked for different ways of losing weight. I went back to boxing but I did not yet have much time for it since I was still breastfeeding. My trainer introduced me certain products that can help me lose weight faster. I tried taking the tea first because I did not have much knowledge of how to use those products. A week after taking the tea, I noticed that my stomach became smaller. I just continued using it and inquire about the other products. My trainer introduced me to a wellness coach and she gave me a free body analysis. I learned that my body water is not enough and my body fat, not just my weight, is excessive. Also, my metabolism is slow (same as a 52 year old). She enrolled me in a program in which, I replaced my dinner with a healthier meal. Amazingly, after 9 days of doing the program, I have lost 3 lbs (pounds), and after a month, I have already lost 10 pounds of weight. I am so happy with my results and I am still continuing taking the products. I need to lose 30 more pounds. I am now participating in a 10-week weight loss challenge wherein the biggest weight loss percentage will win, like the "biggest loser" contest. I am so excited.

Hi maroseqf: That's simply awesome. Congratulations for reaching this goal and hope you keep working on your health. In my personal case, I have to say that when I am on a diet I take care about my breakfast and dinner and I eat products that have a lot of Fibre. At the same time I avoid going to Fast Food Restaurants and it works for me. ALVARO
