My parents told me that I should study well so that I could get a good job and a better life in the future. But now that I'm already a professional it seems that life didn't change at all. And I realize that many of my friends who take the risk in doing the business are more successful. Is venturing to business worth doing so?

Of course, even i do feel the same after watching a group of my friends step into business world fare well comparing to my job, they do less work, take up many risks venture new places and enjoy life and to the fullest extent. In business you have the unique opportunity to meet clients directly learn more and most important of all,fix your work timings and also your profits anytime

yes i do have seen that too to my friends and I think their life is more adventurous and filled with more excitement rather than working with an employer confined within a cubicle the whole 8 hours with extra baggage from a rude boss!

My brother was employed in the government a few years ago but he quit his job because he wanted to have his own business. He is running his own business now and earning more than what he used to earn from the government. I think you can still do business as a sideline without quitting your job.

I'm very Thankful, I think some people don't have to go to college to get where they need and want to be. If you have Favor with GOD you can do and be whom ever you want to be. I can tell you that... Sometimes people are just a BOSS at what they do and others are just employees at what they do. Take your self higher if you want to go Higher. To me People limit themselves to just stay in a situation just because they feel comfortable. Regardless of what people think of them if they are living pay check to pay check. Don't limit yourself. you can be and do what ever you put your mind to.. I heard this from a popular inspirational speaker.. the only difference between you and a Doctor is that the Doctor Read a Book... you can do the same. We are living computers and we take information others just like to limit the information that is taken in...

When I think of Bill Gates, I know that being successful doesn't rely on the the kind of education we had or our status if we're naturally born rich or poor. But the kind of mentality and perseverance we have towards our dream makes the big leap. And I do agree that when you claim to God the things you want, it will be given to you in time.

I think it all depends on someone's luck. There are people who are employed and doing pretty well but it is always good to try both if you can and find out which one works for your best.

I was really thinking hard if each one of us has our own lucks or we are the one who's deciding of what luck do we want, i mean maybe we can design our future not just rely with our luck. Somehow you're right too we also need to try which works best for us.

I think in this economy, everyone is suffering. I have heard of people with college degrees only getting work at burger king. It is a sad thing to see. Growing up being assured that if you do these certain things you will soar high, and then the time comes, and times have changed, and all that time seems to have been wasted. I think business would be a good thing, you would be savvy into the feild, and you could go lots of places from there.

Yeah I'm thinking that business really fits in to those people who have big dreams because you will not only limit yourself to the things that you need but also with the things you want to have in life.

Hi grenzy8. Its true that business man who strive hard will suceed in life. I have seen most of the people working will try to start a business. So first to start a business you need some idea in a particular field. Keep working and gain some knowledge and learn the tricks of business. Save for investments. Whats your opinion.....??? Working in a company is good especially if the company is stable. There is always security. But venturing in business gives you a lot of opportunities to be able to earn more considering that it is entirely yours. The only problem is if it does not work the way you want it to be. In other words there are always risk. But then again, this is what its all about. There are those that risk and failed but there are also those that risk and made it through making them rich and making them what they are now. The choice is all up to you. If you find something worth it, then I suggest that you try it rather than just work you way in a company and making the company rich out of your effort.

If you are interested in business,I think you can try it .Success does not mean earning money .Being a professional ,you can be successful too.If you insist on hard work ,you will be successful . Believe yourself and be yourself ,this is always right thing you should do.
