This year, Roger is playing better than last two years in tennis showing that he is still be a top contender for top spot.He was 2nd best before the just concluded French Open which Nadal won to become the 2nd best player again. I knew that Roger might pass through Novak. Roger is showing great promises again. Can he rise up to be the world No 1 Tennis player again before he retires?

I really hope he can be and can win a few more grand slams before he retires. I love Federer. I saw a bit of last nights match, he's playing pretty well :)

Not being a Federer fan, I would prefer that he not be number one again. Of the three contenders, I prefer Novak. I would like to see some new men competing for the top spot, however.

It so happens in tennis and even in other sports that sometimes a top player is outplayed by other top players for a few season, but, just sometime before retirement, that player gets better, and starts winning more and more again. May be this is what is happening with Roger Federer. He can win at Wimbledon, but will have to overcome stiff challenges ahead. Let us see how he fares.
