Is making money like this really worth it?

I've found so many of this sites where you have to answer ads, do surveys, post discussions, etc. Is it really worth your time? Are you satified with earning money in this form? I'm new here and was seeking a part-time job as I could use some extra cash when I stumbled upon this site. So I thought I'd give it a try. Any thoughts? Any suggestions on other methods of earning money?
