I like walking very much, although I don't know why I like it. Maybe because walking can strengthen the body and lose one's weight, or make people relaxed. Each walking, I have no specific purple, don't want anything, the body will not feel tired, the mood will be great.
Do you like walking? Why?

Hello Suziecha and welcome to the myLot :)
Yes, I do enjoy walking. Mrs. Turner and I try to walk every day in the cool of the evening. We like to walk all over the town, including the down town area. It is relaxing and enjoyable, plus we tend to feel better after we walk.
Peace

It is I who envy your walking with your parents. I miss my Father very much and would love to be able to walk with him. I encourage you to continue your walks with your parents and to enjoy every moment!!

Walking is fun ..it is in fact the finest form of exercise which you could provide to your body and maintain good physical health and vitality. In these days of hectic activity most people find little time to walk through distances. It is time we realize the benefits of brisk walking for about 30 minutes in a day.

I do like walking, but I am not a regular walker. I will try to walk as far as possible. I think walking not only helps us to be in good shape, but also helps to keep oneself in good mood. I think walking is one of the cheapest form of exercises. I think I have to start regular walking as soon as possible.

Yes i do like walking like you. It is necessary to everyone for good health. Some people do walking on stress pad but i do believe in actual walking, where we can see other people along with us, beauties of nature, birds, animals. All these things do add to our happy mood which is not available in jogging in gym. Walking is a cost free exercise for full body.

hi suziecha! this is a very good topic...i like walking for both physical and mental health...i learned in psycho school that walking is very good to heal and to prevent depression because the activity and being in the sunshine helps excite your dopamine and serotonin receptors in the brain, keeping you both mentally and physically healthy...my dad is in his sixties and has always walked a lot to stay healthy with arthritis...when i was a child i had really bad asthma and the doctor told my parents that walking for exercise would help strengthen the lungs...as a result i got to walk back and forth to school! walking also helps me now in old age as i have become arthritic and my bones and joints get stiffened up, etc...walking is also a relatively inexpensive exercise! happy walking suziecha!

Through the last couple of weeks it has been so incredibly hot that I haven't even been able to go outside, let alone go for a walk.
However, when it isn't as hot outside as it has been recently, I really do like to go out for a walk. We have a great walk/bike trail in our area and that is something that I love to go over to with the kids and walk a few miles of the trail. They enjoy it as well. It is time that we spend together and is also something that is good for our bodies.

Hello Suziecha, nice to meet you here.
I don't like walking at all because that I always feel tired when I walk. Especially with high heeled shoes. But as you say, walking is really good for our health. Maybe after supper I will go for a walk with my mother.

I just like walking for the fresh air and excersise. I try to get out and walk everyday unless it's really cold and raining then I just try to keep active around the house instead. It's harder here atm because it's winter, so hard to get motivated and move when you just want to stay under blankets all day :)

Yeah, I particularly enjoy the fresh air where there are trees and creek. Inevitably, walking is always subject to the weather ang climate. As some people like walking in the rain, and some people likes to stay at home to do something or sleep when it rains. Similarly, when it is cold it is too hard to move. Haha, I hope you always like walking and sticking. :)

I like to go for lengthy walks when I need to clear my head. It helps me with my daily stress!
