Her stomach got upset after eating ice cream....

After eating ice cream that was treated by the supplier, one of my office mate came by my table and told me that her stomach got upset and boiling.
I asked her if what did she eat after and said nothing aside from drinking water.
I told her that maybe the water was the cause of her stomach to boil and upset.for me, every time eat something sour and ice cream the drink water after, my stomach really feel upset and used to fart lol.
I don't know if this happened to you folks but for me it usually happened after, so I don't drink water after eating those foods.

She is most likely lactose intolerant. I have the same problem with dairy products. If I eat ice cream, yogert, a glass of milk, I am gone!! RUN!! I can eat cheese, inwhich I think is weird. But anyhow go to the doctor and get a lactose test done. There are medications out there for people with lactose intolerance. They work wonders!

I don't know if this girl is used to eating ice cream all of the time. If she isn't, it could be that she has a problem with tolerating dairy products. I am lucky that I don't have this problem in my life, but I know that there are a lot of people that do have this.
Of course, I suppose that you could be on to something when it comes to drinking water after eating ice cream as well.

It may be a mere coincidence as I have never faced such a problem . I always wash and drink water after I take an icecream to keep my mouth and teeth clean .
