Laptop Charger Died

So on the first of July (you know about the time mylot problems were going on too) I was working on a squidoo article and my computer gave me the warning that my battery was dying. I thought the middle piece of the charge cord had came unplugged, because I knew I had the lap top plugged in. So I made sure and went back to working on my article. About ten minutes later it said so again. So I saved what I was working on and went investigating. The light on the little connector box wasn't coming on, so my poor lap top battery has died. So now I'm on my friend's laptop - and while I'm very thankful that she would let me use it so I can sorta keep up with my work online, but without my own laptop with my stuff, my programs and files it's hard to keep up with my work and some stuff I can't even do. So I'm doing what I can trying to make the last of the money I need for my new charger for the laptop. I never thought I'd be so lost without it, but it's only been three days and I miss it dearly.
