He will find something he could use. I love my iPhone and love the apps I have. I hope he has a great time with his iPhone.

It would really be based on his interest. There are so many apple apps to choose for in terms of games, socila sites, ebooks an various applications that he can choose for. I do have lots of games in my phone and some social apps like instagram, foursquare and facebook

Hi, It depends on what he needs and what his likes are. For example, I like to read books so I downloaded ibooks and ibookshelf. Also something educational like Miriam webster dictionary, a dictionary for multiple languages, that also tranlates. Social network sites FB, YM, games etc. you can find almost everything in the app store, free and not free. I think the apps that we can usually use dailly are pre installed on the device already.
