Yesterday after office hours, we just stay in the lobby of the building due to raining so hard and waiting for our service.
While playing game in my phone, a celebrity enter a store near the lobby that caught my eyes. She was buying something then another celeb came in and talk to the other celeb.A was amaze to see them in person without to much make up and just ordinary clothes wearing.
We just stare them from afar and just look at them all the time.We are hesitant to come closer to take pictures that maybe they could get mad or whatsoever. But they seems to look nice and approachable yet we don't bother to due to shyness.
How bout you folks, did you see celebrities in person? What do you do or will do when you see them?

Hi ardoy,
I saw lots of celebrity, when I worked at an Airport restaurant, I was the cashier so I can see them face to face, when they pay. I stare at them a little bit and compare wither their faces on the tv and in person are different or the same (some are not the same) and give them a smile as a sign of recognation :)). Then I carry on with my job and talk to them casually. They are just normal people like us, most of them are actually friendly. :)

They are just normal people that make WAY more money than I ever will and that everyone recognizes. I will usually go up to them and ask if I can have a pic quick and then leave them alone because they are out to do things not for a fan to be all over them lol

Though I live in an area where there are many celebrities that own property, I have actually never had the opportunity to see one of them in person. However, I would think that if I did see someone famous in person, I would make sure and take pictures of that person. However, in addition to that, I would also approach that person and speak to them and also make sure to ask them for an autograph because it would be a neat possession to have.

When I was a child I used to be excited seeing celebrities in person. But when I grow older I look at them like normal people like us. Although we cannot really deny that we got so amazed looking at them as they really look pretty/handsome in person as compared when we see them in TV.

I don't get starstrucked when I see a celebrity, except if I have a huge crush on her. I recently moved here to a new place and I already saw a lot of celebrities. In my hometown, there are no celebrities because I only live in a province. I won't get panic instead I will just ask for a picture taken if I see one.

You're from Philippines huh. Well, who are they?
If i saw celebrities in person, that would be so interesting and unusual because i'm living in a province. I just can see some of which whenever the festival is on the scene. I'll just stare at them and screen how they really look like. But i'm not the one who will intensely grab the opportunity to scream and flirt with them hehe. They're just person. But i'm not referring to all celebrties. I do idolized numbers of them. And if i saw one, i would grab the opportunity to take a picture with them but not to the extent of giggling too much LOL :D

I've seen many, but I guess I'm just not that into celebrities. There are fewer than five people whom I'd be excited to see. A while back I worked in a restaurant and was able to serve several famous people here in my country. I was like "Oh, it's that actor from this so and so program. Meh." Then I worked in the central business district where all the high end condominiums are. In the middle of it all are three big malls. Celebrities went to these malls and I did, too. The thing then is you're supposed to NOT pay attention to celebrities. Paying attention to them or asking to have a picture taken with them was not cool. It was not difficult for me because like what I said, I am not into celebrities very much.

It would really depend on who the celebrity was. There are perhaps a handful that I might think about carefully approaching. Whether I actually would or not is something that I can't predict. I have had personal contact with minor celebrities. There was a girl I met when I was in graduate school who was a waitress in a restaurant that I went to. She also did plays in the park and said I should come see her in one which I did. She later went on to become an actress who did plays in New York city and was on TV shows like E R. I also dated a woman for awhile who had been an actress on Broadway.

Hi ardoy,I've met lots of celebrities in person and talked with them. The feeling was great while talking to them because they are very busy yet have time to chat even a short time. My husband uncle lots of friends in showbiz since he was a movie director before and most of his meeting and gatherings he always invite us not because he need a company but he is giving us a change to meet our favorite celebrities to get autographs and picture with them.

Celebrities are just people with really cool jobs. . well most of them are anyway, some celebrities are just famous for nothing! I've met a few at say conventions but not just out on the street. I don't follow celebrities so I don't really know what I'd do. Probably just stare at them from afar and think hey that's cool and get on with my day :)

I'm not entirely sure what I'd do when I see a big celebrity but I've met an internet celebrity before and I didn't do exactly what I wish I would've done. He was an abridged voice actor and he was actually really cool but all I did was walk up, say hi, and shyly asked him if he would sign a card for me. After that I simply said thank you and walked away. I really wish I had done something more but I was too embarrassed and shy to say anything because it was just too awesome to meet someone that I think of so highly.

celebrity are also persons who having separate feeling like us.We don't disturb them at public places and spoil their moods. But we can see most celebrity real faces without makeup.Only few celebrity will good looking without make up.After seeing the celebrity we will talk about them to our friends and families. They will never believe at first but after showing the proof like taking photos with them then only they accept it.When we have a chance to meet them we can speak with them but not to involve in their personal matters.Every person in this world have right to live in their own space.

Hmm it's just like seeing another human being out there.
This reminds me of a shooting done in my native town. That was when I saw Abby Viduya (Priscilla Almeda).Nothing happened. No commotion, no screaming, etc. That was when one of the actresses commented, " Ang mga tao sa ______, mga walang pansin!"
if you are a celebrity and you want total peace- I mean 'you want to walk around without being 'specially' & 'exaggeratedly' treated' come to our town. Where is that?
