smart phone applications

Lot of sites are available to download application for our cell phones. Some sites providing it free and some other sites allow us premium downloads. But we must be careful while downloading stuff from online sites. I believe my cell phone brand site and always download stuff from the original site. What about you? Are you download the stuff from the original site? do you download it from free sites? Are you interested in premium (Paying) downloads?

I've only downloaded 2 premium apps, one was the GTA3 game for Android (when it was on offer for like 99p) and the other was an emulator for an N64 console. Usually however I stick to free downloads and manage to get a lot out of them with things like Opera Mini.
If the app is something I really want I will pay otherwise I tend to find a free alternative or just don't bother.

I have Iphone. And I have lots of apps and games on my phone. But I have downloaded them directly from the apple store. Apple store having free applications and paid one too. But I have never gone for paid applications, only have download apps which are free. But downloading those stuffs directly from apple store is surely safe. No problem at all.

Hello akp , actually is it possible to download apps through our PC and then install it on Iphone.
Also how we can buy from apple store, though credit card or through mobile balance 
?

Anand, good to hear that you used apple site to download your apps, surely it is a safe and secure one.
Wb, he mentioned that he is using free apps, just go to the apple site and check for free downloads, you will get the stuff without paying. Connect your iphone with your system and move the downloads to your phone

Wonderboy.. I only download free apps and games from app store..But yes we can buy paid applications and games too, but for that we need credit card. Not mobile balance.
About downloading apps and games from sites, yes I know we can download full games and apps(even paid one for free) from few sites, but for that we need to jailbreak our iphone, which is illegal.. so I only go for free stuffs.

hello vidhya , i mostly use mobile9.com for downloading but last year i downloaded a software who damage my cellphone completely ... thank god i have warranty period so my Nokia cell phone replaced by company... i am very thankful for that , after that i use only trusted sites...
