I'm starting feel angry with my officemate. I noticed that she's always disagreeing with everything I say. I feel she has some personal vendetta towards me. I want to talk to her about it but I don't know how she'd react to it. I don't want to get into confrontation. Do you think I have the right to feel bad? How do you feel when someone disagrees with everything you have to say?

Is this person only does that thing to you or to all? If you think that she is behave like that only at you then you are probable right that she has some issues with you so she really would not agree with everything you say. During meetings, I also reacts on some issues and if someone disagreed on what I have said, and if I think that she has a point, I will definitely consider what she said. But if I noticed that she is just doing that for the sake of disagreeing for what I have said, then I may not last long and would eventually talk to her after I have finally convinced myself that she is doing that intentionally. I have the right to know what pushing her to do that.
