Our research was completed 2 months ago and i'm 2-month long free from writing works. During this free time, i discovered mylot and enjoyed participating. After months of waiting, yesterday we had our assignment in school to discuss about the functions of top managers and write it on a whole yellow paper back to back .. :D
Well, i'm just amazed that it didn't took so long for me to finish that. Actually i just furnished that task for about 30-50 minutes that in most cases i could do such thing even an hour haha..
Reading news in the net, surfing phone reviews, watching english-based movies and shows and having fun in mylot could be the reasons that made me think and write faster than before. :D

I agree with you.Mylot improves your reading, writing, cognitive and even speaking skills. And you achieve all this while making fun.At the same time you earn depending on your participation here.My friend had suggested me to join Mylot a few months back.I was not so eager to join it.Finally,on his insistence,I joined the site and I can say it is the best site on the internet.Really a wonderful one.

Unfortunately, i can't invite even one friend of mine. Maybe because they lack the skills in writing in english.. Even though they want to earn, they have doubts..
Anyway my first objective here is to earn, but now i do love how mylot works for people but not with their glitches.. The participation here is more about giving answers and not by flirting around like in other social networking sites :D

Proficiency in writing something in English is not something you need to join Mylot. Most of us here including myself can't write perfect English.I commit many grammatical mistakes. But I agree with you that making referrals in Mylot is very very difficult. You must have a knack for writing to join Mylot and this is what most people lack.
Like you I also aim at making money online and therefore I joined the site. But now the main aim has taken the backseat and I have begun enjoying participating here. Thanks for your nice comment.

It's what you call side effect of mylot, learning while you're being trained specially with you're english skills. With different topics here at mylot comes different knowledge which may help you in your future specially if you have some research to do which is an advantage. Mylot also acts you're school but you're teacher and friends are the other members here.

i don't know about thinking but it definitely improves your typing speed.i open 5 or 6 tabs to reply the discussions and one by one i complete them.it might have have helped you if you genuinely answered to people's discussions that actually requires active thinking, you are trying to experience their experiences and find out the solution of their problems. i think you are actually interested in replying to people's problems.

Yes, I find that the more I participate here in myLot the faster my typing speed is, and the more I learn about life and other things here as well. I know many times my thinking on certain things has really improved Thanks to this site, and I know for one I personally cannot imagine being anywhere else.

Hi, good to hear that you have improved your writing skills with the help of mylot. I also owe my improvements from mylot. Through this site, I was able to practice my English, writing and communication skills in general. This also help me improve my vocabularies. I know that I still need a lot of improvement because I am not like the others here who really can write in English excellently. Many times, I would always review my post and would just laugh because I have used the wrong word and grammar but all those mistakes helped me improve myself.

Me too! Ever since i started answering discussions and asking questions on mylot, my writing, or more accurately, my typing has improve greatly. In fact, I can even type without looking at my keyboard nowadays! And typing without looking at the keyboard is a awesome thing for me even though i know millions of people other than myself can do it awhile. This is because none of my family or friends can do it and they find it weird. hahahaha
