Rating Greater Than 500

Hello When i try to copy something i wrote and past it in a discussion the "prevent spam" alert is jumping. I wanna know how do you know how much Rating i have, and how do i make it bigger like "greater than 500"

If I understood correctly your "rating" is the number of post you made. If this is the case than your rating is 498 right now so 2 more post you'll have 500 and be able to copy & paste.

yoniarnon You find you have already earned 499 points. As you know when you start a discussion and responses received then you get one point. also when you respond for others discussions you get one point and you can get one point for the same discussion when you reply the responses made by others. I am sure you will touch 500 soon. good day.

yoniarnon: yes. you can copy and paste. However, you might have seen that members use it rarely. We use this for giving links about discussions, current affairs etc.

You know, you are almost there. I hope you do not need it very often though. I know many people use that privilege when the site is down to save their ideas and post them quickly. Your "rating" is in parentheses () to the right of your name. It is based on your participation. It can go down if stuff gets pulled down.

The FAQS hold the answers to all of your questions. http://www.mylot.com/o/faq/faq11.aspx Your user rating is the number next to your username and when it reaches 500 you will have the privilege of cioy/paste. It should NOT be used to copy articles, or part of articles, written by others but to copy/paste yor own work.

mysdianait this gave me an oppotunity to go thro the points and learn more. also I read another discussion referred by you. that is also useful. in that I could learn easily about how do we get points for responding, replying and starting a discussion. good day

Actually you need 2 points to reach 500 so you're so close! I have found this feature annoying many times and epecially now with the glitches of the system. I copy my response before pressing post and then if it's not posted due to system error I have to rewrite it because I can't paste it! Your rating increases with the comments that you post and the discussions you start, I think..
