my dog is not eating the food

what will I do? I don't what to do with my dog. my dog doesn't feel like to eat. (what do you call the dog in the third person? is it "it") he or it? my dog is a male so i think it is good to call my dog he.
this happens two days now and he is not eating the food i gave to him. sometime he just eat a little and later he will just vomit it.
do you have any idea why my dog doesn't like to eat?

my dog is already more than 5 years o;d. vets are in the city and it is far away.

Sounds like there is something serious going on with your dog. You need to get him to a vet as soon as possible. The minimal at this point you would have to worry about is severe dehydration from not taking in food and throwing it up too. The major problems could be an intestine obstruction, severe virus, poisoning..etc. please go get your dog some help!

i think there is. my big dog is thin now and he only eats fish and bread nothing more nothing less.
