animal testing and animal cruelty

what are your thoughts on animal testing some time ago i did a paper on this subject and was disgusted at the reaction styles of the so called testers they actually seemed to enjoy making animals suffer which border lines animal cruelty so what are your thoughts on both subjects and how closely related they are to one another

yeah i really think that its huge cruelty done to the animal community by conducting medical and scientific tests on them. In the process, we are loosing a precious life also without any fault of theirs.
Strict action and laws must be framed to check this mundane acts.

while i agree with to a certain degree i also believe that testing is necessary but it simply irritates me to see videos and to read articles of people who enjoy what they are doing to these animals poor things but if the test is not conducted on them then it would be conducted on us simply unsafe

I've joined a few petitions to stop animal cruelty and also I would always receive newsletter from PETA. Most of the newsletters that I always receive is about animal being tested somewhere. It's really disgusting of mankind to do such a thing. I mean don't they have any soft heart left? Don't they feel any kind of guilt or disgusts at themselves when they see themself testing on innocent animals? Some are even going to be endangered because of these people...
