Is personal fitness and nutrition an important part of your life?

For the past few years, I've never been too concerned with being fit or eating right and it hasn't produced the best health results for my body. Since the beginning of this year though, I've made a step to alter my future by adapting healthy nutritional goals and I'm also being very active in the gym so that I may continue to live a fit lifestyle. I've got to say that its been one of the best moves in my life and I'm so happy I am able to stay on track to produce wanted results! So what about you? Is fitness and being healthy an important aspect of your life? Or do you just live and eat healthy/ workout whenever you feel like it?

It really isn't as important as it should be. I need to be more active but around here it is impossible to have a membership to a gym. To expensive. I try and walk and work with weights around my house but that is it.

Working with weights at home and walking is actually a very good way to stay fit! It's better than the millions, probably billions, of people who decide not to get gym memberships and decide against working out at home or even walking every once in a while.
