I think people do not realize how much cats like us! I think most people find them a bit crafty and false, many even say that a cat is unable to miss?! I am totally against this kind of thinking. I have a cat named Luna she is sweet misses me when I travel and is an excellent pet.

Cats are good creatures, very affectionate in most cases when they have been socialized with people from a young age and they do love their human companionship just as we do. I don't know why some men do not like them or are afraid to expresss that they like them, they are very sweet and loyal to us. They are docile and have hunting skills for the most part if they have been outdoors. I like cats and always will. I hope no one mistreats or disrespects them, that is a sign of seriel killer instincts.

Just like humans, cats have such a wide variety of attitudes. There are some who are super sweet to their owners, some who are just indifferent and some who are a total snob and want to be alone all the time.
I guess because of these variations in cat's attitudes, people are having a hard time to understand the true nature of them.
Good for you that you have a sweet cat. Mine is pretty much like Katy Perry's song; she's hot then she's cold. Lol. I pet her most of the time but when she wants her space, I also give that to her. :)

Cats have great personality! For me this is the most fascinating! My cat can be the most sweet, lovely, protective of their space and their owners, but she can be an authentic beast (especially with children is a major concern that I have! she hates the cries of children and she has the instinct attack! I got to the lock her to ensure that nothing bad happens =/ )

Cats are very much lovable and kind. Whenever the owner comes near, it would go near and do a something which looks like wiping something from the body ( i do not know the right term for that) anyway, they are very sweet and loving so they should be treated properly. It is a right of every little thing.

My cats are all like dogs. It's true. I don't have the independent cats. The only time they are not with me is when it is super hot, then they go and find cooler places with which to lie down. But yeah, my cats are 'crafts or false'. My cats do miss me. Actually, when I leave the house, Mozu likes to make a 'gift' at the door to protest my leaving. When I come home, they all greet me, like dogs. It's as if they were waiting all day for me, and it's not for food, because I have food left out for them 24/7. so yes, cats do miss their masters, you just have to own a siamese cat to learn about that. lol...they are really smart, loyal and do miss their masters, of this I am very very quite sure. Take care and hope that you enjoy your cats!

my cat is also like a dog, but a pitbull version lool (As I always say to play!) She bites and growls when she is bored! It is very funny! But she is also able to pretend that she has a tummy ache so I get to rub your belly for a long time! If I don't do, she walks behind me to meow incessantly and she grab my hand with her mouth. She pulls me without getting hurt and I'm behind her to the nearest bed. I lie beside her. Then she is happy and she licks my face and hands loooll

Some cats do get the bad end of the stick but not any cats that come around me or my family! We are very generous to pets and my aunt and I are cat lovers! We used to have a cat but she ran away!
I would feed her, and fix her litter, and give her all the love and attention cats need and she was indeed a great pet. We attached a bell on her collar and she would always follow me. During the night, you would here "ring, ring, ring" because she was running back and forth throughout the house. Cats are just awesome, well at least the friendly ones are, and I would totally recommend them as pets because they're pretty much individualistic.

I think you're right. Most people don't understand a cat's nature and so they don't appreciate them yet. And some cats have had a bad experience(s) with people that they don't know and so act defensively because they think that the harm that came to them in the past is about to happen again.
I have 2 cats and appreciate that each one has their own personality.
