I am sitting here typing away listening to my husband play his guitar and just having a good time posting. My husband has his own band and plays country music and has his first album coming out in September.

If it was not for me telling him to do this I don't think he would have done it. It is the only thing he can do that will not hurt his back more.

Wow that's nice. My husband want to learn to play guitar but apparently we don't have one. Maybe we'll buy soon and little piano for our son. It's very relaxing and you think really great while listening to music. It stimulates our brain to work better. Congratulations to your husband for the album. Best of luck on his music career.

I am so excited Tina I was telling my family the "Grahams" all about it they told me to tell them when it hits the stands so make sure you let me know as soon as it is available. I went to respond on your buffet dinner but the page was gone, we had Golden Coral last Monday.

Congratulations on his first album you must be very proud of him. I agree, it is just so relaxing when someone plays a live instrument in your presence, of course, it depends on the instrument being played. But whenever that happens, my soul 'tickles'. I know it sounds strange, but my soul gets a tickling sensation, and my body gets shivers, pleasant shivers. It is the one thing that really can relax me. I'm very very relaxed when I hear music being played for me. It's like instant magic. The instrument can be a guitar, bass, or brass. I was in class, and my friend brought her guitar and began to play, I thought I'd melt in the chair, I became so relaxed. Live music, it's so different from recorded. Sometimes, I think that it is different because the soul of each musician is being channeled through their instrument. I believe that this makes it very special, and you can't capture that kind of magic from a recording.
