Friends who are no longer active on mylot.

I know exactly what you mean, Deepak and I'm sure one of the 'friends' you mentioned is me :-) As you know, I got busy with other commitments. I'd like to be here more often but that just can't be the case:-( To answer your question, I do miss my mylot friends sometimes but I can't blame anyone especially since I am not here myself.

Hi deepak, I know you are very senior in this site long before. And yes I missed to see you around here for some weeks after I rejoined here. Everyone of us are busy sometimes in our real world and can't go through the online world. I would try to come here if I find time to spend in online now a days than spending most times earlier.

Hello Deepak, Nice emotional discussion which surely will bring back many lost friends if they are still here on mylot. Indeed we all miss mylot and our friends on mylot and the wonderful time that we all had here together. Mylot for you and me is not just an ordinary site, but special place which became origin of our long lasting friendship,together with few more, you know all about them. But as they say life is like a flowing river....where we flow with some waves up to some point and then change our directions.......but let me add that though the directions may differ, the memories are stored deep inside our hearts and we all remember them and smile even if we are alone. hi dpk, long time ha? its been really too long since you posted a discussion here. and i can see your friends peeping in and i am no exception. i just checked my mailbox and as soon as i landed on the email notification of your discussion i couldn't resist coming over. yes initial months after joining mylot comes over as addiction where one certainly cannot resist spending hours here.and even now whenever i get time i come in here to relax and chill out. but unfortunately my regular lot too is missing these days and i am really missing their company. i just hope those fun days could come back again.

That's real nice deepak. The good thing about being in mylot is we get to know people because of their discussions. The discussions are their inner thoughts and this reflects what kind of person the writer of the discussion is. I wonder how many years you have been here?

Mylot is more active again. If you were to return you would see many old faces as well as a lot of new ones.

Yes I do miss some of my old friends, especially a dear friend who helped me. We touch base every once in a while. I'm glad you are still here. Keep in touch.

I will be glad to see the old Mylotters to be active here again. Lately I know that PageTurner is back. I forgot his last username in Mylot. But I remember in the past his avatar is a bear covering the eyes. Perhaps you also remember him. I love China

Hi dpk, I agree that many old members are not active these days, but this happens on all sites.Members get busy with something else and may be come back after a couple of years and so on..I too find many of my regular friends missing and I do wish they would come back and start posting ..all the best and have a relaxing day Deepak

Where have you been - or have we just not crossed paths lately? I'm trying to be here whenever I can - when there are pockets of time which could be at any moment. We moved to our house . . . construction is now all done, so we are unpacking and cleaning . . . but it's taking sooooo long to do it all as there is so little time. During the day both kids have their own schedules for the summer - so we are out a lot - and obviously things cannot be done at home if we are gone! ANYWAY - good to see you now and I can jump in on your discussion - it's been a while! You always have something interesting to say, so always glad to comment to your discussions. Yah, there are a few myLotters I haven't seen in a long time . . . I hope they are doing well and will come back at some point again. You know my "privacy" situation - and I still remain 100% anonymous here - so I can only connect to people here on myLot (though it would have been nice to communicate with everyone when the site was down . . . and boy was it DOWN earlier in the week!). That is the reason why I do not pick and choose whose topics I respond to or on whose responses I comment on. This way even if those who are frequent visitors to my page are not seen around I do not miss them.

Of course, I do miss my friends. The list is longer today with many oldies now remaining aloof... maybe they are busy or the dicussions mean not much to them. As personally I have observed the kind of discussions that we used to have here when I joined, today's majority of discussions lack quality... and over time, I too am losing interest here - the missing friends, the not much interesting discussions... the reasons are piling up

yes deepak, i do miss my friends. however life is not as easy as we think it is. i always wanted to participate in mylot however when things are not in our hands i leave it for future and dont think much about it. lest it would affect me. Being a mother and a house care taker is not easy and really takes a toll to the extent that one wants to be left alone to sort things out. thanks for this discussion. hope you would understand. i just could not make it to mylot for a while now.

Hi friend, sad to hear that you are missing your older friends, as you mentioned we have lot of offline commitments so it is hard to be active here forever. We can keep in touch with our good friends using other sites, by getting their emails and contact numbers. Hope your good friends will be active here again and my wishes for it

Hi my dear "old friend" dpk! I've missed you!I haven't been active much lately either and I too miss my "good old friends", like you, for one~Been going through alot of personal stuff and unfortunately have been depressed and letting "life" get in the way. I don't know why I don't come around here because it always make me feel better to connect with my "old buddies" and find out what's been going on with them! My Mom's been diagnosed with Dementia and alot of things have happened since then and are horrifically unbelievable. People have been taking advantage of her,robbing her, etc. I went to Florida in May and will be going back the beginning of August. I will try to spend more time here. I could use the $....

Are you talking about me? I think most of my friends now are idle here. They must have activities elsewhere. Some are still active launching discussions after discussions, I noticed though that sometimes they just wrote 2 sentences discussions that looks like a poll than a discussion. I read them all, but I don't respond on all... Missing them? I don't really know them. I don't even have their pictures...:(

I miss my all old friends but specially HWG because here discussion was good, always response on my discussions, funny responses write. I miss here too much but I think she will not join again because she was suffering from migrane and her problem was more. I miss my old mylotters their responses and my funny discussion I those days never came back.

It is nice when you have such nice time in here, mylot for long time. I joined mylot 1 year ago but i haven't been being active for 3 months so that i have friends on mylot list but i haven't met any one in person yet... If i were in your shoes, i would miss them if they are no longer active on mylot more...

Hello Deepak, Even i am also not that much active these days but whenever i come here i miss my friends and always hope they come back and join me to make this place more funny.HWG is one member whom i miss very much due to her meaningful comments and guidance she used to give me on the discussions.

We have a lot of friends in this site, as it is the best place to make a lot of good friends around world. Some of our good friends are in active here due to various reasons like busy schedule, offline work, vacation and so on. We are missing our friends while they are not active here and expecting their reentry to this site. Here we have the ability to send personal messages to our friends, and we can send pm to our friend to ask reason for their inactivity and found why they are not active here. Really we are missing our good friends if they are not active here and worry a lot about inactive friends. The pm option is really a great tool to keep in touch with our friends and we know about their present situation using it. Always i send pm to my friend who is not active here, surely i will miss their comments and interactions while they are missing here and send pm to them to ask the reason. By this way, i make some of my friends to be active here again and have more fun and enjoyment with them. Do you send pm to your friend who is not active here? What will you do to make an in active friend to be active here again?
