How long should I wait for Swagbucks to respond?

If you read my previous discussion I got banned from Swagbucks on my birthday on the 27th of June. I wrote to them straight away asking for an explanation because as far as I'm aware or concerned I have not breached their terms and have not abused their system at all. So it's been 7 working days. I've had patience but I'm starting to lose it a little. This is due to the fact that myself and my mother have written to them before with issues and they were so rude they didn't even respond and that was months ago. I am thinking they are just being rude again and won't bother even telling me.
Should I write to them again and just keep harrassing every 2 weeks until they reply? Or can someone from the US try and get an explanation for me from them? It's probably just me but I don't think they like us Australians very much :(

Did you invest any money there? If I were you I would just find another site. Its too annoying to be banned. I can feel how you feel.

No I never give these sites money. I did make about $75 before they banned me and it was a site that I could make a little money from often enough and without too much effort so I'm pretty annoyed and frustrated that they banned me and are too rude now to reply :(

Yes, 3 payments of $25 into my paypal so it was a legit site. Swagbucks is a site where they reward you for searching the web, surveys, special offers etc. It;s only available in a few countries and Australia was allowed to join 11 months ago. But you know they are not really fair with their codes and post them when we are all sleeping so mainly ppl in the US would get them and not us. It was sucky :(

I feel you. But I don't think you are being singled out, so far as their not responding goes. I sent them a question more than a week and half ago. It was a minor thing I was confused about, and they have not relied. Frankly, by now I don't really expect them to reply to my question.
However, as for your issue, I think you would be well within your rights to continue sending them messages until they reply. Don't give up, and just keep sending them messages. Personally, I would send them a little more frequently than you are, however. You deserve to know their justification, and if they can't justify their decision, then you should be reinstated as a member at Swagbucks. And you ought to tell them that, too.

Thank you for responding. It's just so rude not to reply to anyone. And I know it was probably paranoia and they aren't but it sure feels like it when they never respond. Not just there but they dont' respond on their blog or even on their Facebook page. I've tried 3 different places when I've put through concerns or suggestions and they just ignore them!
Tomorrow I will write to them yet again and ask until they answer. Maybe if they don't answer I'll get mum to write to them although they don't answer her either but we will try :)
