Matthew 8:23-27 Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him. Suddenly a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping. The disciples went and woke him, saying, 'Lord, save us! We're going to drown!' He replied, 'You of little faith, why are you so afraid?' Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm. The men were amazed and asked, 'What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!' Often times in our life, we had a storm. All those troubles and worries. But there Jesus still sleeping inside us and the strom won't calm down. With little faith, nothing much we can do but there was Jesus still sleeping. All we need is just wake Him up inside us and seek for help. He is the calm of the storm in our life. Please Christian, don't let Jesus sleep. He is there to help us. Recognise Jesus and He will help us.

Does Jesus made a church like we do today? No. Does Jesus made a church according to His own liking? Yes. Jesus created a church when He choose his disciple. There are a lot of people want to follow him, but in the end Jesus only chose 12 person because He know this is the person that will work accoding to his plan. Then Jesus created the Last Supper and we need to practise it in rememberance of Him. So there is Sacrament Yukaris. A lot of Christian said we don't need to go to Church as long as we keep GOD and Jesus in our heart and read our Bible. That is not true actually. Even Jesus go to the temple.

I also believe in this. Before, when i encoutered a situation that i reallt can't get out of, i thought god never listened, and that god had abandoned me. But that is not the case, i tried to ask him to just let the pain stop and i will stop aking for what i really wanted. He did helped me. Its then that i realized that god has other plans for me, much much better than the life that was asking him before. And i learned that sometimes what we want isn't always whats best for us.

For I know the plans that I have for you, "declares the Lord" plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. (Jeremiah 29:11) If you have time, try to read the Bible and you will find the answers to your questions. You can also find the promises that God has in stored for us. The above is just one of the many verses that I have been holding on my whole life. Just trust Him and He will never fail you.

@niairen01, God never abandon us. Most of the time we forget about him and sometimes we are afraid of asking for his help. We never knew what is best for us and GOD also never revealed it to us before hand. Until the day come, then we know that is what GOD has plan for us. @shello, I agree with you. As long as we trust GOD, he will never fail us. Most of the time we feel that GOD fail us because we want what is forbidden by Him and everything we want is just this worldly thing.

I believe, that when we are in the middle of any of the storms that we have in our lives, God is there beside us. He is just there and waiting for us to come to Him. And though we are stubborn and would try to resort to something else to calm those storms instead of talking to him but He is just there. We just have to humble ourselves and lay everything before Him. He will never fail us nor forsake us, He will be that same Jesus yesterday, today and forever. God bless you!

Agree with you 100%. Too much worldly things nowadays have make people looking for other solution o heal their sorrow and sadness. but this worldly solution is always temporary. We go party tonight, the trouble just gone the time we partying but then it comes again tomorrow when we in sober state. But with guidance of our Lord, all trouble will be gone.
