Park Ji-Sung is reported to be joining QPR in a 5 million pound transfer. Having been in Manchester United since 2005, he has played 205 games and scored 27 goals in 7 seasons. Although he was not always in the first starting eleven, he was always called upon to play in important matches. Park Ji-Sung is known for his tireless runs and high work rate. He is the most successful Asian player to play in Europe.
I am sorry to see him go but I feel it is unavoidable as more younger players have to be introduced into an aging Manchester United team in order to compete with the likes of Manchester City and Chelsea in the coming season.
What do you think?

I think if this is true, then he is a terrific buy for QPR. I think Park will be an ideal replacement for Joey Barton who I think should now be sent home packing. I too think that it is time for Park to move on. Last season itself he was a peripheral player for Man United. At QPR, he would be guaranteed regular first team action.
Cheers!

It was mentioned in the news that Park could be made the QPR captain. I hope he gets that and show his leadership in motivating the team which with quite a number of new signings to play as a unit and get good results. I feel he has made a logical footballing decision to leave Manchester United. The next 3 years maybe his last as a professional footballer. Just go out and play regularly and see what he can do to bring up an ambitious team.

Last season Park only played few times, mostly as substituted player & next season MU had plan to adding several midfielders. Park understand this situation not good for his career (had possibility not play at all on next season).
Even Park younger than Giggs and Scholes but he doesn't have charisma like them. Giggs and Scholes needed not just when MU play but also at changing room or at training session.

Giggs and Scholes have their own qualities which Park does not have. But to be compared to the two itself is already a very big compliment. Park knows that he won't get to play much in the coming season, what more with the new players coming in. He has at least 3 more years of good football before he calls it quits as a professional footballer. So QPR is a new challenge for him to play regularly and show what he can do.

Although the news is not 100% confirmed yet, (QPR will have a press conference on Monday)This transfer is already widely reported in the Net. I think Manchester United has to let Park go because they will have a few new players coming in, notably Shinji Kagawa, Nick Powell and possibly João Moutinho, all are midfielders. As Park played only 10 matches last season, Sir Alex may feel that he has more midfielders than enough in the squad.
Long time no see you posting, busy? :)

Age never lies, i think his golden age was end.
That's happen in every sport.
so good for him if he can still play in club like QPR.
maybe QPR not as famous as man.utd but they play in the same level

Park Ji-Sung is only 31. He still has a few years' of good football in him. With he being one of the fittest players in Manchester United, and he has seldom been dogged by serious injuries, he is definitely a good buy for QPR. Having the chance to play regularly, I hope he could lead QPR to at least a top half placing in the league in the coming season.

This is good news for Queens Park Rangers as the club managed to bring in players from South Korea's most successful in Asia and even Europe. After he sold by Manchester United, this is a new challenge for Park Ji Sung, because he is now playing in the championship team instead.
Manchester United's Park Ji Sung regard to the sale of QPR is a difficult decision but it should be made to the instability of the team.

QPR is not the same team we saw last season. With the kind of players they have recruited, I am sure that they would not be involved in another relegation dog fights. Park Ji Sung could be the leader to being QPR to at least a mid-table finish. He left Manchester United to look for more playing time. He will do well.
