Increasing employment!

People have to get creative and innovative... legally to make their way through. Forget relying on working for large companies or the government to help you out. People have to reclaim the world from the clutches or the globalizing corporate/banking/politics scheme that is trying to come into place.

I think there is some reason causing the high unemployment rate. For starters, in US for example, companies like to outsource to third world countries to get cheaper labor therefore leaving their local labor jobless because the cost of living is too high in the US and the locals must be paid more to cover it. (Although I'm not saying every single company in US does that) Maybe if people try to support local labor slightly more then maybe the employment rate will increase. My country has this problem as well, they would outsource to Indonesia, Vietnam, etc to get cheaper labor.

People must not be lazy, it is up to the person, man...

Today The world most serious Problem Is unemployment, Because the population is increasing very rapidly and the Opportunities for employment are the same, therefore there is a great difference between unemployment and opportunities, The other thing is that every one wants to join an office or any Organization, which is not possible for all peoples, Therefore There is a need to change the thought and make their thought according new Era. I am also rejected from 5 jobs, while I was Qualified , So now I have started my own Online Buisness on the Internet where I am getting statisfactory Income, And The Main Thing is that I am My own BOSS, Think About It.

I believe that the corporations have to police themselves. By this I mean, that corporations must trim dollars from top management and use those dollars to pay more workers below. This will not hurt their profit margin, as they are just redistributing the wealth WITHIN the organization, rather than redistribution of wealth via government and taxation. If each corporation looked at its management and decided to slice just a bit of pay from their huge salaries, then you could afford to pay more workers. This would also make for a more efficient company, as you would not need one person to do the job of three people. Instead, you could have true specialization within the company, which would lead to more efficiency, less stress, meaning less sick days, and higher moral. People might actually like coming to work :D ... Indeed, if corporations developed a code of ethics for their behavior in this manner, we could increase jobs for this country almost over night. I mean, just imagine it, all the corporations slicing just bits of salary for their management and siphoning that money to a pool which could hire more workers. Not only that, but more working people mean more products to be made, hence higher profits for the corporation, and meaning they could hire more and more people :D .... I like that idea, and if all corporations did this, I believe we could solve the unemployment issue almost overnight!!!
