Submitting articles at iWriter

Have any of you had a problem submitting articles at iWriter? I am not talking about logging in. It is easy to log into but what is very confusing is that once you have logged in and listened to the tutorial for 'writers' you have to fill in boxes where it seems as if you are the client and not the writer and has to pay the cost of the article unless you reject it. The home page in the tutorial is also slightly different in the wording. I ended up submitting to the wrong section thinking all the time that my article had been successfully submitted. Has anyone had this problem? I am planning to add iWriter to my list of employers and I am completely confused. And has anyone seen how thin their FAQs are? I spent the whole morning trying to submit an article.
