IM software: how many are using Gtalk

There are many kinds of IM softwares, such as MSN, Gtalk, Skype. I used Gtalk for about 2 years, but still have few friends, because my friends around don't use Gtalk much. Are you facing the same problems? What is your favorite IM software and why you like it?

Hi DrHiker, me too use Gtalk to talk with my friends and family who are residing in my home town, I feel Gtalk is better since from when I was using it. The sound quality is better and I can easily communicate with my family and friends without any unwanted noise. Still now I never came up with any of the problem with Gtalk. I like it most!

Yeah, because your family and your friends around you use Gtalk. But here few people use Gtalk, although it provide a much better service. I don't know why, they just stay on the other IM softwares.

Any ways 'Old is Gold'. Gtalk is old one but it is good! Some might think it became old so we shall try some other software and some might had problems in using Gtalk or some might feel some other software is better than Gtalk as per their opinion. But I am satisfied with Gtalk. What is your feedback about Gtalk?

I hardly use GTalk, to be honest I prefer to use Yahoo Messenger, MSN, Skype or Facebook chat. Mostly because my friends are there - and not in GTalk.
