There are many people who get stressed out at times, and watching a movie helps relieve that pressure. It's like you can take yourself to another world of fantasy. I think many people feel that way.

I think it is really depend in witch movie do you see..
I think there are a lot of movie that only put you in a bigger stress, like all the "Disaster films" or some horror movie, war movies and more..
I think the comedy movies are the best to make you feel better happier and more relaxed :)

hello,
I too think that watching movies is a great way to release stress. It's a stressbuster for me. I like to watch movies a lot. I am an ardent movie lover. It helps me to escape from the real world and all of its pains and sufferings. I watch all kind of movies, but just the story needs to be good. I can sit in frint if the computer for long hours and watch two to three movies a day. Its a good habit or bad, I dont know. I think that I dont really care. I dont care what others say to me. I just know what I like and what I want to do. And then I choose to ignore others. I watch movies because I feel like I am a part of it.
