how to recover lost data?

hi guys..well i am going through a problem that last time i got format my pc and every thning on that pc was lost..there wer some important folders.my pictures and many useful things wer dere which i did lose:(i am just trying to know how to get back,how to recover my data..i really need it harldy,can ay one help me

Have you checked your recycle bin to see if they are long gone or just moved to there? Other than that I am not to sure about what to do, I hope you can find your files.

well its about formated window:(..and hoow can find it in recycle bin:)anyways thanks for your comment have a good day:)
