I was just reading an article where I got the idea of burning the fats through rubbing our hand on the fatty parts most specially the tummy where most of the fats can be found. Have anyone tried to do that? Is it really effective?

I have never heard about this technique haha. But I think I would like to try it. It doesn't hurt to try, right? But this sounds really weird and it sounds like it would not work. Losing weight can only be done with hard work and exercise. I have never heard weight loss stories from people who were rubbing their hands on their stomachs.

i honestly do not believe that this is an effective method to burn body fat because fat is really stored up energy or calories that are mainly used in cases of emergency when a person cannot find food or food is unavailable after they burned what they have most recently consumed the body moves on to reserves which is why diets are so successful since your reduce your food intake and increase the rate of calories burned you make a deficiency which causes you to lose weight and burn calories and fat sorry it was so long hope i helped
