Drugs common in Youngsters

With my eyes I have seen people go mad when they have drugs. One of my cousin is hospitalized now cos his brain is not working. he had taken some drugs when he was in New Zealand studying..He was the smartest in the family but now he is battling life.. I request my youngsters not to indulge themselves in any kind of drugs. How can we stop this????????????????????
