Wow liberty reserve money to debit or credit card. For first time I hear that. I'll be really grateful if you tell me how. However if there is some way to transfer it I don't believe there are some company just providing debit cards. I'm pretty sure that the best way is to go to the local bank and get one. And of course you have to be 18+ no matter from where you get your debit card.
