This message pertains mostly to buxhost sites.
Most sites that offer Payza state that there is a minimum withdrawal amount of $1. Is this after whatever fees the site has for Payza? e.g. Site charges $.10, you have $1.05, so you can't cash out because you are only really requesting $.95?
Anyone know where the fees charged by the admins for the different processors come from? Are they just set manually by the admin, or do they somehow represent how much money is currently in that sites Paypal, Payza, Liberty Reserve, etc. account?
Many Thanks!
Please don't post the typical PTC sites are all scams response (Indeed I concur that many many are!).

I think the figure is set by sites. Most of the sites usually do some calculation and they know that by the time you will be withdrawing the amount of money stated, they will already have made their profit. That is the reason why they will not let you withdrawal money unless you reach the set balance.

If you are asking about Payza, it depends on your Payza account type. If your account is Pro or Business, you will be charged for receiving payments. Otherwise, if you are a Starter, you won't be charged.
Paypal's fee depends on various factors. May be it's your country or the account status of the sender. (You might have noticed that some sites take a fee, when you request payment via paypal. Because they are paying the fees, they deduct it from you.)

Ah, yes, I am asking where the fee numbers come from on buxhost sites. I wanted to know if they were just set manually (the site's cut), or if you could infer some information about (as you mention) their account status, their country, and how much money they have in their account (or maybe both).

Of course that the admin set these charges. Almost every not only buxhosts sites but all other make this trick. They just put this charges to get more income themselves from that. The only way is to be sure after registering one site to check the fees. Also there is one trick for the buxhost sites. Go to withdraw and write the minimum to withdraw and the fees should show.
