How to work with your coworker like this kind?

In my office there is a coworker like this kind: Speak much better than done. He wil say "hello" actively in the morning; he ofen chat topics with you friendly except works; and he sometimes talks jokes making everybody happily. But the question is that he always has all kinds of excuses when you notice him doing jobs or even doing together. Other people outside our office think he is kind and polite.But they do not think he is a worker without team concious and doing any works. so,when you face this kind how will you do ? Are you angry or nor nor when you are very busy? will you do all the works by yourself and have a chat with him with smile on your face in your rest time?

Ah...I am not such a person, and I think work is a serious and solemn thing. So I will feel bad if I work with such a person. But I also admire him, as you said Others think he is kind and polite. So, what we do are both working hard and learning from his strengths.

Ah...If I was you I will feel bad. Maybe I will tell him there're a lot of things we should do. If he still likes that, I will deal with these works. I think I get more experience and capacity and I will learn communication skills from his. Moreover I pray that the leadership can see my work. Otherwise I will be depressed.

hello,
you have a genuine problem. It happens with a lot of people. there are all kinds of creeps in our offices. They are always there to create problems for everyone. But somehow we dont have any other options but to manage with them, because we cannot leave the job. So the best way to deal with them is to mostly avoid them or to confront them. You talk to him about his responsibilities and see his reaction. If he understands the problem then its good otherwise complain about him to your superiors. You dont have any other choice.

These kind of people is everywhere.They are spoiling their life and also others by watching their activities they also wants to become like that kind of person.In the end work will not be finished,company will suffer,and they quit the company and gone to some other place and do the routine work there also.Always you should take care of peoples who are taking our time more.Time is the factor in our life that tells you what you should do in order to get benefited in your future.One more thing is these kind of peoples will get response from world but companies would not believe these kind of persons.Jokes are important but jobs are more important because it give money for our life to go.

yes, when i meet him, i feel there is no way for me to work with him. Communication seems useless. Why is there this kind in the word?
