How am I going to lose weight within two weeks? I'm not obese, but my stomach's big.

You seem to have a special event that you are preparing for? To flatten your stomach in that time frame means a daily regime of intense exercise aimed at the stomach muscles. The best way to get this done is to have an expert advise you in how to do this. On your own you might do damage to other muscles and joints. You also need to have professional advise in what to eat. I don't think that you will be very successful in doing this on your own. Try and get professional help, if its a very important event that you are preparing for you will have better success with expert help.

hi.. there is no easy way to loosen fat. If you want to look fab and have a slimmer stomach. You have to work your way up, with proper diet and self control you can achieve your goal towards slimmer middle. There are ways that you can do and those are available online... Try searching some and don't forget to focus on your goal...

It's impossible to burn all those fats in two weeks. If ever there's a way it's unhealthy, sudden weight loss may shock your body. You may loss weight but then you'll gain weight easily. It's better to eliminate fats slowly but surely.

Hi elsMarie, two weeks may be too short for reducing belly fats. But what I really did to reduce it is to maintain a no carb diet. Carbohydrates like rice can really cause belly fats. Maybe you should limit your intake of carbs for those two weeks and lessen your food intake in general. Do some exercise everyday especially in the late afternoon that focus on your belly like seat ups.

I'm no expert but you will need to do daily excersise. They say doing squats is a good but I'd suggest looking at several different articles online and also ask a specialist.
Another thing is that you can also drink green tea. It is said that it can boost your metabolism which means you burn more calories as you excersise.
And of course eat the right kinds of foods. Eat your fruits and veggies and make sure you are drinking enough water during the day as well. Good luck

Two weeks sounds very short period to lose tummy fat. It needs lot of tummy related exercise. I also have big stomach and am trying for sometime now but can see very little effect. Hope you reach your goal El. Try to drink warm water early morning. If possible squeeze a little lime in it. Lime deals good with stubborn fat. gud day
