Hello fellow lotters,
It has been a long time since I have been here. I am writing just to epress myself. I found out recently that my brother will be leaving the country in about 2 months and will be gone for a year. He has been given a wonderful opportunity to learn and grow, but there are many risks. He will be overseas in a country where many conflicts occur and it worries me. I know this will benefit him and will help him out but it saddens me immensely. We are really close and to not be able to talk to him for a long time is diaheartening. We will be able to talk but not nearly as often. Just feeling sad tonihjt.

Hello krupar5
I am glad to learn of the opportunities that your brother is having in another country, but saddened to learn of your own sorrow at his journeying far from home. I know that you are concerned for your brother, but I imagine that he will be well as he takes on his new opportunity.
I traveled a long distance from both of my brothers about three months ago, and I miss them daily. I miss being able to see them and to hear their laughter.
I know that you will miss your brother, but he won't be gone forever. Will you be able to communicat with him online? Via the mail?
Peace

Thank you for replying PageTurner. I am not certain how often or how we will be able to communicate. He will be working for the government and will not recieve his information until he is at his location. That is what makes it so hard. The lack of information is worrisome. We only know what country he will be in. I thank you for your understanding.
Will you be away from your brothers for long? I hope you are able to talk to them often.Family is so important.

I am sorry to hear about the inadequate information that you will have with your brother. Have you yet heard any more news? I am hoping that you will be able to open lines of communication with your brother and that you will often hear from each other.
I have no idea how long I will be away from my brothers, but at least I communicate with them online and on the telephone. Sometimes I send a letter or card.
Peace
