Like someone else said, the idea of "fast food" is something that is so broad that it's hard to clump it together into one idea, like causing diabetes or be a factor in obesity. In general terms any kind of overeating, even if it is with so-called "healthy" options can lead to obesity without the proper activity and exercise that might need to also come from daily life.
That being said there is a lot of bad things about this idea of fast food; burgers that can be high in caloric count and cholesterol, fried foods that might be harmful to your heart and other organs in the body, and even soft drinks that can raise the risk of diabetes like you had mentioned. There are healthy options; there are always healthy options. I think it comes down to the individual and their choices about food. My wife and I sometimes have fast food multiple times a week. It fits into our schedules better since we're both working full time and have schoolwork to get through. It provides us with a way to feed ourselves without having to do too much cooking. Now it's not the best option but it gives us what we need.
But yes, it is always something to watch out for and be careful for. Eating well is always important for people.

You are right that fast food is always another option to feed ourselves especially when we are too busy to cook. I always make sure as i only having fast food when i am really don't have the time to cook. As for the other times, i always prefer to home cooked my meals.

Hyden, nowadays i and family are rarely eating in the fast food outlet. Since we had moved to another new place and it is quite convenient for us to cook, we prefer home cooked meals. We only eat at fast food outlet whenever we don't have the time to cook. Especially when we need to eat fast and prepared to go somewhere. So, eating in fast food outlet is convenient for us as we don't have to clean the kitchen utensils and others during those busy time.

When you say fast food it is very wide to figure out what food varieties it caters to
customers because not all fast food restaurants cater foods that could make you obese
or make you become diabetic. This is all depending in the lifestyle done by the affected individual. If your family is having someone who are fat and may become obese
there is a big chance they could become diabetic.Avoid having midnight snacks as this
is the style that could make you diabetic because the food you take can no longer be digested by the stomach and thereby just be stored as fats in the body.Eating hamburger and drinking of soft drinks should be avoided as it harms your body system
because it is number one cause of cancer and diabetes.Eat healthy foods like green leafy vegetable like salads, salmon dishes, eat plenty of fresh fruits and drink plenty of water.

Obesity has been widely recognised as one of the main causes of type 2 diabetes; however while fast food is generally not good for the diet there are some types of 'fast foods' that are not too bad.
I personally stay away from the likes of McDonald's or KFC as they do tend to be the least healthy choices (having said that a treat once in a while will do no harm) but I often have a Subway - these fit well into my healthy eating regime, and as I have managed to lose over 110 pounds over the last year I guess they can't be that bad!
