Tried to use myLot on vacation, and nothing posted. . .why?

While I was away last week, I tried to post mylot entries--responses and comments, n ot new discussions. I could type them in, and it would look like they posted (none of those weird red "unable to post because. . ." warnings popped up). However, later in the day, when I went back to mylot, none of my responses or comments were there. Nor have they shown up now that I am back home.
I am not sure if this was because of last week's storm and the subsequent glitches in mylot's systems, or for some other reason but it was very frustrating! I did a couple of searches to see if this discussion topic had been raised recently, and did not find anything, so i am assuming this is not a system-wide problem. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know why this happened? Thanks!

It is/was/is a system-wide problem and there were also alerts sent (which came out blank).
There are still many problems and all due, according to mylot, tot he damage caused to their servers by the storm.
There are/were/are other topics regarding all the glitches as yo uwill probably see to the right under "similar topics" --

The glitches were world-wide and indeed while some Lotters near to the storm area could indeed log in and post, others, for example in India and Australia, were shut out for several days and could not make use of the 4x earnings days which muyLot came up with.

Strange how that works sometimes. . .there are still many homes without power, btw.

Last week, there has been some glitches and for me, the mylot page could not even load up. But I wasn't around much to discover whether responses and comments were posted or not.

I know about (and experienced) some of last week's glitches. I wasn't sure if this was a glitch or not since I have never tried to write on mylot while on a public server before.
