Several days ago, I was bottling up my urine for I am quite far from the comfort room and I still have to attend classes so the need to extend time for urinating is a need for me....uhm before but now no more. :-) I never thought it would come up like what it happened. :-)
Lesson learned: Prioritizing our personal necessities is a must, whatever it takes or else, we will be put near to danger. Drinking a lot of water everyday must be done too.

i agree with your article. it is very nice indeed. drink lots of water everyday. it will help to cleanse your body.
and like me also, who is lazy to pee more in busy times and in waking up in the midst of my sleep. i know much that it could cause your health to danger. as to say prevention is better than cure. That is why, drinking plenty of water must be done and do refrain yourself not to pee if you want to pee.

Hi Missjah,
Prevention is better than cure. That line struck me most. It would rather be easier to go to the comfort room and pee than to suffer its consequence. :-(
Water is indeed important in our body.
Plenty of water. :-)

dear amiga,
Uh uh, you must take care of yourself and yes, don't ignore our natural system.
There are things that we need to priorities and our health is one of those things.
I hope you are fine and not experiencing any health problem.
Glad to see you again

Hello dear amiga,
It's my first time having that occurrence amiga. It maybe because of some of the pregnancy vitamins I am taking recently. It was just so surprising that after that few times of negligence will result to a severe pain during urination. That was so unforgettable.
I'm just here amiga, hanging around when time permits hehehe

And you weren't in pain while urinating?!?!!?
Those are crystallization that comes from the urine track. Perhaps you need to drink more water my friend. Else those things would be far bigger and far too painful that you need to be operated on. It's called bladder stones! whew!
You could try drinking coconut juice.
I experienced this one a few months back when I started to take calcium tabs (because I was jealous of people taking them). My doctor told me to stop because I didn't need one and it's just creating bladder stones or crystallization in my urine. True enough, once I stopped and took more coconut juice and water, I no longer had those stones.
Check what you take in or lack thereof.
Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

Hi laydee, speaking of calcium tabs, yes I am taking that vitamins prescribed by my doctor. Oh em gee that maybe one of the causes! I have the stone and I am going to bring to my doctor next week.
I am drinking at least 2 liters a day. Urinating was so painful last Sunday, the pain was incomparable. Since it was weekend I tried to finish 4 liters of water that day and on Monday morning, there was the stone.
