A wriggle of your legs. A excercise of your own. A twist of the body in anyway lets you sweat too. Listen to the music. On the music and helps you dance. Pick any radio station and rocks your way out. Sweating starts! Believe me!

I don't think I would agree with this. Sweating is easy, but losing weight is not. If it is true that the more you sweat, the greater the fats you lose, then I should have been very slim now. I sweat a lot, even a few minutes after I took a bath. It really frustrates me. Losing weight can be hard, but gaining it is effortless. Cruel world. *sniff*

There's a misconception that when you sweat a lot, you lose large amount of fat. Wrong! Have you noticed that people suffering from obesity sweats so much more than those with regular built? If the misconception was right, these large people could be on the road to having a slim body.... Wishful thinking.
losing weight depends on your body. You can ask your nutritionist for the diet you need. you could also ask an experience personal trainer for activities to do that suits you.
Avoid laxatives. Although they remove fat and make you slim, they also strip off the essential nutrients in your body.
Avoid crash diets. Why? when you stop them in the middle of the program, you'll suddenly and quickly grow fatter than you used to be! That's probably our body's defense mechanism when it gets shocked from the sudden changes in food intake.

You know, when you describe this, the scenario I saw was the obese kept drinking water and more water. It is the kind of cycle they keep repeating when they are not able to shed off the extra fats. I am kind of like this before, so somehow can understand a little of their permanent fats. Still, I believe, excercises are always good and great to proper upkeep a general good health.

I'm sorry but I disagree. I already tried that several times but it does not work in losing weight. It can be a very good exercise but it will not really help in losing weight. This is just my opinion since it did not work for me :)

Ok people, I don't really get it why it don't applies on you.
But truthfully to say, it applies on me and I hope it will always be.
Sorry, wrong suggestion applies on both of you? Savagecabbage and littlepinoy?
Then how you all sweat?

At the end of the day, the only thing that you need to think about when you're trying to lose weight is the fact that you have to burn more calories than you're eating if you want to lose weight from your body. I have lost 96 pounds in the past two years, and I have done this by simply cutting back on the amount of food that I am eating in addition to doing more exercise. This could include any kind of exercise, and I have to say that I do enjoy dancing to the radio. It can be very fun and you can get a lot of calories burned at the same time, but you have to make sure that you don't eat more later in the day as this would cancel out any exercise that you had already done.

I have been walking three times a week, since last Fall, and have lost twenty five pounds. However, activity alone is not enough. I have had to change my diet and eating habits as well.

Yes, losing some weight or preventing yourself from gaining weight can be easy at times. Doing some exercises with each parts of your body. Of course this may not be that effective for those who is born with low metabolism or fat figure. Move more and you may just start sweating and lose some fat. Happy losing weight or maintaining your ideal body figure friends.

Maybe you would like to try simple excercises, anyway, move a little is better than not moving.Sweat a little, is better than not sweating.Sweating secretes the unwanted from our bodies, it is afterall good. Alright, take it or leave it then.
