Should I eat some ice cream?

I came back from my afternoon exercise a while ago. I had a glass of fresh juice but now I feel hungry and I am in the mood of eating an ice cream!
But I think that I will feel bad if I eat it. It will be like I exercised for nothing, and I'll gain again all the calories that I've lost.
How can I stop thinking about this ice cream? I really really want to eat it!

I am thinking that if I eat some low fat ice cream in the morning I 'll be able to loose the calories during the day. In the afternoon it's harded to consume the calories and they become fat. I am not sure that my thinking is correct but I feel better if I don't eat sweets and desserts after lunch and until I go to sleep.

hi besweet lol get thee behind me Satan lol and push. no seriously if you eat a half cup of that yummy ice cream you will not gain
anything as your exercise has undoubtedly lowered your blood
sugar, since you crave ice cream its because you need something
'with glucose in it to raise your blood sugar level to normal so
eat that ice cream,you will not gain.trust me, I am a diabetic and have been for over thirty years.

haha! Thanks a lot Hatley! I am still trying to resist it, I had a shower and not I am trying to forget it by writting here :)
You think that it's normal to want something sweet? Generally I am not a fan of desserts but I love ice cream and it's also very cold and refreshing that it's hard to stop thinking abou it! I'll try a bit more and if I still want it I'll eat some.
I guess it's better to have some now that it's still afternoon that later at night!

I have my own fitness training at the moment, but whenever i feel like i want to indulge in my favourite food like ice cream, i'll just do it. I mean eating ice cream is bad, but it is worse to be fully stressed about small matters like eating ice cream. After all, if you do have your ice cream now, you will be motivated to do more exercise. Exercising should be fun not stressful. Also the cravings is just temporary. You can still decide not to eat it, by not thinking too much about it.

Great advice, thanks! My problem is that I had never tried to look thinner and I used to eat everything without gaining any weight. Lately I am working a lot in front of the computer and don't move around a lot so I need to be extra careful because I started gaining weight. I don't know how to do it though and I hear many different opinions! Thank you for your comment!

Ice cream can make us feel better coz it's sweet.So i think this time,you can indulge yourself and buy an ice cream.Though juice is still good.For me,i would definitely get what i really want and thus you can feel much better.
