OK now I'm angry!

OK last time I'll write about Swagbucks but they got back to me finally. But I'm pretty angry about it because today they decided to ban my mother as well so now we are both banned and she had around 8000 swagbucks saved up and was gong to keep saving for something bigger and now they have just deactivated her! She worked a lot harder than me for those Swagbucks too! Well they gave me a reason which is totally crap. They claimed I was searching too much and thought I was using a bot! I wouldn't even know how or where to get a bot from. I replied anyway stating that their search engine has not been working for me for weeks now. It won't search anything but it still gives Swagbucks so I'd still do a few searches and leave it alone for hours and come back and do more searches. I didn't spam them. However they probably will not respond to me again as they wrote this at the end of their email: **Please keep in mind that your case is officially closed and this will be a final resolution to this issue. No other response will be provided.** Now that's just rude if they banned me because their system doesn't work how is that my fault? There were other bugs too that happened but do you think I deserved to be banned? Or am I just in the wrong?

May be Swagbuck has a new policy now that they have to ban some member who have several thousand of point in their account to lower their total cash out amount by members. I was banned a month ago after i accumulated closed to 8,000 points by reason of me having multiple accounts in my name. It is not only silly but outright insulting to accuse me for having more than one account in Swagbuck, after all, why would i want to do that when having one account is all i need to search and earn point? I can understand why you are angry, because you are duped this time by the website owner after wasted so much time in Swagbuck. I guess that is it for you, nothing much you can do after they deactivate your account, it is the admin. rights to come out with whatever excuses to ban you for good even though many of the reasons are flat out ridiculous and fraudulent in nature, whatever excuses they gave, they are always the right party, you are the guilty one as far as Swagbuck is concerned, even though you had done nothing wrong in this case. But if the website owner want to scam you, you are very well positioned inside his pawn with no recourse as stated in their term of contract.

When i asked them how many account i had opened according to their investigative file, they don't know. It is just funny they have no clue i had open ten Swagbuck accounts under different name so that i can make several thousand dollar a week from each account, that is totally absurd. I was thinking if they are smart enough to detect my multiple accounts, they should be able to come out with a much better excuses to ban me, but obviously they don't. I had no problem at my first two years when i used to cash out with low point items and left very low total point in my balance, but once i began to accumulate into several thousand points in order to exchange for a digital camera/iPod, the problem began to arrive, i think it is my fault to let my points built up too high which i don't think it is against the policy.

Well you should be able to accumulate lots of points because some of the prizes need even over 30,000 of them like those TVs which is what mum decided to start saving for. I'm glad she cashed out $75 worth before the ban, same as me! Yep so obviously it was all made up BS if they couldn't even tell you or give evidence and that's the problem they dn't have to, they are just allowed to ban you for no good reasons. My mum wants to put in an official complaint about them and their behavour, that would be quite interesting

They are scum bugs that's for sure and so rude. I got another email back and all I did was tell them that their search engine was buggy and not working and saying we were searching too much when we only did 2 or 3 searches and this is what they replied with "We regret to inform you that unfortunately your account will remain deactivated. To continue to provide all our members with great services and prizes, we must protect our Swagbucks Community and Swagbucks.com itself from cheaters and potential fraud activity." They just called me a cheater and a fraud! I would hardly make 50 swagbucks a day it's not like I was making 100's like some members do! So I can hardly be called a cheat and a fraud. I think I'll go back to their Facebook page and tell them whatI thnk of their accusatoins! Oh and I will go find the discussion in a tic

Well they don't know me personally I guess but given that I don't make a lot per day how can they accuse me of such a thing. They are just a bunch of liars and I have found I have not been the only one accused of this either

I wonder how they decide if you are searching too often? I use swagbucks as well. I have been with them awhile (maybe 2-3 years?) and I use their search tool in my address bar to search. Sometimes I do multiple searches almost back to back because the results are not what I want. My biggest annoying spot right now with swagbucks is that somewhere along the line I pick up about 70 swagbucks from other search bars and I can't spend them in the regular swag shop. No idea what to do with them. Trips me up every time I cash out.

I don't know they claim to have a system but who knows if they make up that crap as well. I've read on the BBB site that they can pass the information to them but there would be nothing stopping them from changing the information they give What the? How can that possible happen? They are so buggy and yet they fix nothing on their site. As long as they make money they don't care just like a lot of other places

Wait a second... How long did it actually take for you guys to earn that many swagbucks??? It took me 3 months to earn $10. I figured it was just a waste of time; but if there is actually money to be had on that site, then im all for it. I just need to know how.

No you can make a fair bit, just do the daily polls and NOSO. Check the special offers for videos and things, use SBTV a lot and do searches but their search engine is so dodgy and because of their errors I got banned. Feel free to try it all out but don't overdo it becaues they will ban you
