Going out this lunch break make me so sleepy....yawn

Oh my, I really feel sleepy right at this moment. Just got back in the office. I went out this lunch to bring my pants in the alter station in the nearby mall. I am with a co worker who happened to buy something too in the mall. We did right a cab to get back here cause it is really hot outside.
I think I better make a cup of hot coffee to take away the sleepiness and feel quite awake.
I hope it could help somehow cause sometimes I still feel sleepy even though I already drink coffee.
How bout you folks, how do you do now, in this

I also feel sleepy in break time when I was in school as Computer teacher. But not allowed in school so not sleep in my school time.

Oh well here at the office we are allow to sleep during lunch break as long as we don't excess when the work time resumes.

its cold here even its summer season here in pakistan..but the place wer i am living is having a very balabced weather through out the year..its not much cold in winters and not that much hot in summers..so v are enjoying our weather very well

Here also in the Philippines if it's a rainy season it's really cold. but f it's summer,that's the time that you can really experience the hot season here.

i also fell what you fell:sleepiness. What i did is i drink a cup of coffee too just to awaken myself or sometimes i listen to music just to get rid out of it.
