! After working in a survey site for a couple of months I finally reached the minimum payout. Since it was my first payment through paypal I was really worried whether i'll get the amount in my bank account or not. But finally I have received the payment. I am feeling extremely delighted and motivated to earn extra cash online. Have you also been paid by any survey site?

@ddaguno - Thanks for your wishes. Well this isn't my first online payment, but my first payment through paypal. The survey site which paid me is starpanel startv. I don't know if it accepts members from all over the world or not.
@ixodoi - I agree online writing is certainly one of the best ways to earn a regular income, but there is no harm in trying a shot at legit survey sites. I have already mentioned the site. Do check it and see if it suits you.

We both have sailed on the same ship, I was also a panel member of speakasia. The site was doing pretty well and was paying it's members regularly, but after the goa exhibition, the speakasia team was put under the barrage of questions and was charged with a number of cases.
Only then during a conference aired on tv I heard that star tv also launched its survey site which doesn't charge a penny, but pay rewards (in cash) for every survey completed. So, I joined their site which is (starpanel dot startv dot in). The reward varies from 0.38 to 0.50 usd. I know it is not a huge amount, but there is no harm in going for it.

That's really awesome, I have been paid by a few survey sites but I got so sick of doing these surveys all the time. Now I can hardly look at them or can't be bothered I find them so boring and unfulfilling

Oh! it's good that you been paid by survey sites, but strange that in spite of that you lost interest in it. I can't imagine myself being bored by a work that pays me for my efforts. Rather I would love doing that.

I know but i find them so boring and way too long and it's sometimes not worth the money they pay you. I don't mind 10 minute surveys but when they start going over 20 I don't like them.

I never believe any survey sites as it takes very long time to get payouts..! For online earning better to go for sites like Mylot, Mturk, Squidoo etc...

Undoubtedly survey sites take time, but I don't mind spending a couple of minutes on them if I get paid for it.

Congratulations!
3 years ago when I was home with my first kid, I tried to make some money online. At that time I didn't have the patience to follow through and also didn't really do any investigations on how to best make money online.
Now, with my second child expected any week, I'm back at it. I plan to be more persistent this time, so let's see if it pays off.

Honestly speaking, I have not yet entered into a work called Survey Site. Though I am doing online jobs and task but I am not yet into that category. Hence, I am also thinking to enter very soon for me to add it up to my gigs on my online earnings.

Yes i have been paid few times by some survey sites.As i am from india,we have very few options for legit and paying survey sites.There are few survey sites,where i was paid regularly by 'The Panel Station,Valued Opinions,Krea Panel and Global Test Market.Panel station gives gift voucher as survey incentives,Valued opinions gives 'Accentiv Ticket compliments' as incentives,but global test market sends $50 cheque converts in local currency as survey incentives.In krea panel when you reach INR 200,you can request a payout.Some more good sites are 'india speaks,corpscan online and ipanel india'.Hope these informations will help you to choose.Happy earnings.

Hey friend,
I have also gone through this. Sometimes we are not eligible for the survey we receive and therefore we get screened out. I think you should keep updating your profile so that the company sends you the surveys in which you can qualify.

I agree that the work is time consuming, and it takes a little while to earn from it. But I feel that something is better than nothing. Honestly speaking I enjoy filling surveys and being paid for it.
