Well, somehow the second part of the text in my first post disappeared, so here I will continue on: The cypher I get from the text in the second strand is this: PJ?N?EWFAALRGNZ? possible solutions: MT R Chessboard,OZ R FILMAKERS,FM O CHATTERBOX Using the ? as a space or period, I get 3 seperate words. The three ?'s are the three sets of letters from the cypher that have no bacconian value. In trying to connect my suspects area in the Oregon forest of the Ochocos I felt that this solution from the second strand(removing B from the strand from the word BY (where it says BY-----)to the bacconian cypher was legit, though I could be wrong, I am not a professional crytologist. In the first strand I get this: ZE?GPCLCRAFIJDGN? When spliting these into three words at the ? I get, and this one is crazy: OZ ALTITUDES Gap or OR ALTITUDES GAP and when I take the letters alone that have a second letter value, I get a few letters that are these:XOKQIM This particular strands first possible solution on the crpto solver was this: 'ABDUCT' and when I look to see where the Altitudes gap is in Oregon(OR ALTITUDES GAP) I discover its between two basins, one of which is my suspects area on his so called treasure map, the Harney Basin. So, is it all coincidence? MAYBE. But I have solved several other clues in the Zodiac field of his letters and will share them as well. For updates on my work on the Zodiac, follow me at WebSleuths, under Serial Killers: Zodiac. Most of the threads on the top in this section are all my work . I am known as TimeCop! Please come see what work I have done and comment when you have some free time. I am there every day doing work to put this guy away FOREVER!
